Group Capabilities in Telecommunications and IT
This Swiss group has monitored and coordinated the activities of its affiliated companies since 1984, identifying and assessing market requirements, tech-nological progress, need for innovation and entrepreneurial opportunities from a global point of view.

Technology Transfer at International Level
Technological innovation in ICT continues to progress at an advanced level. Developing state-of-the-art software solutions requires in-depth knowledge of the latest IT capabilities, an open mind for new approaches, and sound as-sessment of experience shared with others. This is why it is essential for the
six affiliated companies of the group to make sure their specialised know-
ledge is exchanged continuously. A wide-ranging transfer of knowledge is achieved as a result of the group's geographical spread of locations between Switzerland, Germany and Canada.

Safeguarding Stability and Continuity
It is for the group to provide to its affiliated companies the financial support
and encouragement required for expansion and development. This is to ensure that the Noser Group’s pioneering spirit will prevail.
